Total Life Changes’ newest and youngest Global Director is 28 year-old Ana Cantera from the Dominican Republic.
She has impacted thousands of people from all around the world in less than a year with Total Life Changes. Thanks to the powerful compensation plan that pays five different ways, she’s now able to make a nice monthly income, apart from her husband, who is also a new Global Director with TLC.
Ana Cantera summarizes her success with TLC:
Fourteen months ago my husband and I were in a very difficult situation, being broken emotionally and economically after a very bad experience in a previous company. My husband and I agreed that we needed to pursue other sources of income. We decided to open up a restaurant, but after consecutive months of operating our business in the red, we reconsidered our commitment to the MLM industry. Although we had some very bad experiences in MLM, I still believed it was the best career and business in the world; it’s definitely my vocation, it’s what I love to do, to impact others and help them reach their dreams. We looked at many companies just over a year ago, but thank God we knew Stormy Wellington from our prior business. She explained all the success she was having in TLC and how amazing this company was, so we decided to believe one more time and we went all in. In less than a year, we can say that our lives and the lives of many people that believed in us have changed drastically, we are growing and expanding internationally. My husband Julio and I have attracted some great leaders and they are now part of our team, and we are taking this business to another level.
These months in TLC have been great and I feel very blessed. I’m only 18 years old, but I have helped many families, including mine. We had a total change in our lives, we went from living in a house without doors and windows to spending our days in a luxury apartment, where we are enjoying the lifestyle that I always dreamed of. Thanks to TLC, I have grown as a person and professionally; I have been recognized as a Rising Star in the Hispanic market, as the youngest person to achieve the Executive Director rank in Latin America and I got one of the highest earning checks in Colombia.
What makes TLC special is that here you can be yourself!
We have become a very supportive family. I love TLC, I love the teamwork, I love helping people! I am looking for new stories, because we are a new generation and our vision is to help 1,000 families in the Latin Market, and among those, many young people are willing to change their lives.
Thank God, Thank you TLC, Thanks to my Mentor, Mr. Christian Prada for being my guiding light and role model in this journey.
Total Life Changes Announces New Ambassadors, Dexter and Tonya Joyner-Scott
Many people have heard about the success of Dexter and Tonya Joyner-Scott in TLC, but nothing matters more to them than witnessing the success of so many business partners that have joined forces with them in the last 18-24 months. It has not been an easy path to success for this married couple of four children. They faced adversity, doubt and the loss of a six-figure income before beginning to restore their lives with network marketing. Tonya has carried her fair share of doubt, fears and limited beliefs of her future for much of her life. These negative attitudes even caused her to become complacent for a while as she began to start a family.
“I kept trying to tell myself that being a stay-at-home-mommy was enough for me, but it really wasn’t. I was dying inside because I was no longer living to my fullest potential. My husband was traveling around the world impacting the lives of children and teenagers. He had studied with industry leading speakers and trainers like Les Brown and Paul Martinelli, and yet he found it harder and harder to share all of these wonderful things he was experiencing with me because he knew I was struggling with self-doubt.”
Nearly two years ago, Dexter was unfortunately laid off from his six-figure income, just before leaving the country for a family vacation. It was during this time that the couple did some soul searching. Some call it destiny while others may consider it fate. Dexter and Tonya felt it was more like divine intervention. It was this action that brought them to Total Life Changes. “The fear I carried most often was the fear of failure. Not just our failure, but the failure of those that may be joining us as well. This was one of the reasons we sat on this opportunity for as long as we did. But losing my job changed everything. We knew we had to face our fears and do this together for our family and for others. We have since overcome this fear and we are so grateful to be a part of this amazing company! We have a multitude of people earning great income and advancing in rank month after month throughout our organization since we started building just 2 short years ago,” says Dexter Scott.
Recently, one of their personally enrolled Directors named Naeema Houston, purchased a vehicle after her transmission blew in her previous car. It was because of her commissions with TLC that she was approved for her car loan and is still winning with TLC. They have also been blessed to watch Regional Directors Tony and Shelia McKinnon experience more time freedom since partnering with TLC. Tony was able to separate from his multiple part-time jobs; because of TLC he is now earning more than all of his previous jobs combined. Another great example of how their leadership and team building has led to others’ success is through Executive Director Laura Bethea. Laura is working toward the completion of her doctorate degree in Educational Leadership in Higher Learning from East Carolina University. She has been able to pay her tuition each semester as a result of her TLC commissions. She no longer needs student loans to meet her financial responsibilities for her education. And lastly, Global Directors Darnell and Dr. Kimberly Edwards have already paid off more than $30,000.00 in debt and their income continues to increase week after week. These are just a few of the stories throughout Dexter and Tonya Joyner-Scott’s organization of partners experiencing success within Total Life Changes. Dexter and Tonya have helped people to believe again and dream again.
Dexter and Tonya have a family reunion coming up. In prior years they would have to wait until the day of the event to pay their fees. “It feels good to no longer have to wait until the day of the event to pay our dues to attend because we couldn’t afford to pay it in advance, or better yet, we didn’t want to give up that little extra because we needed it for groceries. It feels good to be able to contribute toward scholarship programs this year. It feels good to be able purchase clothing for our family and not rely on my mother to do it for us. The motivation for everyone right now is bigger than themselves. It’s about the next person, the other person. Everyone is finding joy in helping someone feel better, look better, sleep better, or to put it in a nutshell…be better,” summarizes Tonya Joyner-Scott.
Dexter and Tonya Joyner-Scott would like to thank and recognize TLC’s Global Directors Darnell & Dr. Kimberly Edwards for their wisdom, commitment and passion they bring to the organization; National Directors James & Sheryl Colclough and National Director Chandra Jones‐Williams for their servant leadership and the passion they bring to them every day. “Regional Directors Tony & Shelia McKinnon are first timers to the industry of network marketing. What a great place for them to start, right here with TLC. They live in another city and stepped up to the plate to help us build by creating opportunities for partners to grow and build within their city and its surrounding areas. Lastly, we must give kudos to Executive Director Crystal Flowers who stepped up to the plate to assist us with anything we needed to help us stay organized and effective in our local meetings and events each and every month. We thank Crystal for her servant leadership. Our team of business partners is affectionately called, Team Advance. Advance is defined as: move forward, typically in a purposeful way. Our mission is to help our team move forward with intentions on changing lives for the better, beginning with their own,” adds Ambassador Tonya Joyner-Scott.
In 2009, Gregg & Lenika Scott built a million-dollar business from the ground up.
Two years later in 2011, their business completely crumbled and they ended up losing everything—home, cars, assets—gone! As a result, they found themselves standing in line seeking government assistance to feed their large family of eight. But they made a decision to quickly pull themselves together.
Lenika emphatically recalls that, “We did not focus on the pain but instead on the promise. We chose to focus on the vision we had for ourselves and our family.” Their core purpose and vision was to live debt-free, own their home outright and to leave an inheritance for their children. Because of the power of intentional focus, within the last two years, they were able to bounce back, purchase their dream home, build a multimillion-dollar enterprise and recover all. “Whatever you focus on the longest will become the strongest,” adds Scott.
Today, Gregg & Lenika are Executive Ambassadors in Total Life Changes and are leading one of the fastest growing organizations in the industry. One of the foundational keys to their organization’s success is that they lead with a whole lot of faith and a whole lot of action! They teach, train, coach, and equip on repeatable, executable, and proven business intelligence systems that produce results. Because of it, they continue to experience exponential growth and expansion.
Hasan and Bonita McClain have always striven to do things as a couple and make a better life for their family.
They have worked tirelessly to improve their lives financially, emotionally and spiritually. They even got baptized together. However, despite their efforts, life just kept getting harder and harder. They moved their family from North Philadelphia to the suburbs and the bills quickly began to pile up.
Hasan has always been a reliable provider, he worked as a long-distance truck driver to make ends meet for his young family. He spent many days and nights on the road and away from Bonita and their three small children. But as hard as they both worked it just wasn’t enough. They found themselves owing $50,000 in credit card debt and living from check-to-check trying to keep the bills paid. Bonita went back to school to earn a degree and worked at a local bank while raising their children. The work ethic was in place. The conviction to provide a greater life for their children was in place and they were not willing to give up their new home, but something had to change.
Bonita joined forces with current Ambassador in TLC, Denise Lee along with a small team of visionaries and the rest is history. They created a movement that has now changed the world. Two years later, Hasan and Bonita have helped thousands of people position themselves to change their lives. Their TLC organization has blazed a trail around the world that has provided a platform for others who believe to begin rebuilding their lives and their bank accounts.
“When I first joined TLC my husband continued to work; driving these long-distant runs, often times in terrible road and weather conditions. I felt like I was blazing alone. I knew I had his support, but I also knew that this could be an opportunity to retire my husband and allow us to work side-by-side,” says Bonita McClain. And that is exactly what happened. Bonita was qualifying for new ranks at an incredible pace. She is now one of the youngest Ambassadors in Total Life Changes and in October of 2015, after making significant income their first year, she was able to retire Hasan and give her girls their daddy back full time!

In addition, he’s helped many companies to excel in areas of training, profitability, communication and leadership development. In January 2010, James launched N.B.C. University (Networking – Business Building – Coaching), a premier success education and speaker training company. NBC University sponsors various events such as Action Think Tank, Business Wealth Summit and Success Mastery, empowering entrepreneurs across the globe. James has a passion and a gift when it comes to helping people start or grow their business; “My goal is to assist people in the process of rapidly achieving their goals so they are able to live the life they dream about. My desire is that they will eventually help those that they care about to do the same.”
With 13 years of experience in the Network Marketing industry, Jarrod and Porshea Wilkins have generated 10’s of millions of dollars in sales, building diverse teams all around the world. Both come from traditional corporate backgrounds. Jarrod was a multi-million dollar producing Sales Manager for a Tele-Communications company and Porshea, after earning her B.B.A. in Marketing was a Brand Manager overseeing a $1.4 Billion book of business in the Retail industry.
They both began to transition out of corporate America after being introduced to Network Marketing. Porshea took her knowledge from MLM and became a motivational speaker for high schools and colleges, while Jarrod built his MLM business part-time. In July 2009 Porshea received a Facebook chat message from Jarrod where he invited her out to meet about a new project he was launching. Neither shared with the other what was really going on in their lives. Due to the recession, Porshea lost all her speaking contracts and as a result of living off her savings, credit cards and payday loans she was served eviction and repossession notices just a few hours before Jarrod messaged her to meet. Jarrod fell on hard times as well, having to foreclose on a property he owned, faced eviction in his current home and repossession on his vehicle. His daughter Chandler was just born and when the garage door didn’t open for him to take her inside he realized it was because the electricity was cut off due to failure to pay the $150 bill.
Instead of focusing on where they were, they met up daily at coffee shops, malls and hotel lobby’s to prospect and make calls to finally get to where they wanted to be. Porshea not only was his best student, but also the biggest producer on his team and in some months out earned him. After a year of working together, their relationship grew from business, to best friends, and later confidants. Jarrod shared with her his true feelings; he was in love. She was reluctant to take their professional relationship personal so she spent a week ignoring him and praying to make the right decision. When Porshea finally returned his call, his promise to her was, “If you bet on this horse, we gone ride”. She saddled up and immediately stepped in to love and make a Godly impact in the life of his 10 month old princess Chandler. In an effort to lay the proper foundation they kept their relationship private while continuing to build their business in public.
After 3 years of many ups, downs; from $5.00 date nights of chicken and rice with Redbox movies in Porshea’s one bedroom 600sqft apartment, to traveling the world together; with proper spiritual council and leadership, Jarrod recruited her again. On September 5, 2013 during a business trip at the St. Regis Bal Harbour in Miami, Florida he told Porshea they needed to go to the beach to meet with a few partners about their business. Little did she know this “business meeting” was a cover up for the big moment! Jarrod got on one knee by the ocean and asked her to marry him. With tears streaming down her face she said, Yes!
6 months later on March 1, 2014 they became Husband, Wife and parents to then 5 year old Chandler. The Marriage Covenant was confirmed in front of the fire place at their new home in Houston, Texas. Porshea cooked all the food the night before, they went shopping in their closets for their outfits, and had the best time in the presence of God and a small group of loved ones.
Jarrod and Porshea have committed their lives to serving others with their gifts. They strongly believe in speaking truth to power by talking to people about things that matter and being a voice for those who don’t have the courage to use theirs. With every high there is a low. After going through a season of disappointments and tremendous heart-break Jarrod wanted to leave network marketing, but Porshea saw differently. After looking at opening a Tax and Insurance business, she told him their work wasn’t done yet in MLM and that TLC was their next home. They researched 18 other companies, flew to meet with many owners, but nothing was a fit, so Jarrod finally agreed to call Mr. & Mrs. Erwin & Twiler Portis to begin the process of giving TLC a fair look.
They reviewed TLC using their 5 point criteria:
LEADERSHIP: We wanted to make sure the leadership wasn’t cemented in, and there was still room at the table to have our voice heard, after we produced substantial results.
PRODUCT ATTRACTION: We wanted to make sure there were people who loved the product on its own merits not because they were getting paid from it. Attrition and retention are the foundation for either stagnation or growth in a company and we knew instant gratification products that produced real results would attract and retain customers.
REAL RESIDUAL INCOME: Many talk about residual income, but the most they have is passive income from distributors ordering products, or a high paying night time job because they have to chase the business. True residual income comes from retail customers that can be tracked through the back office.
TIMING: Success in Network Marketing is 70% timing and 30% talent. You can be an award winning jockey, but if you’re riding on the wrong horse, you will still lose therace. It is critical to partner with a company that is next in position for momentum.
COMPENSATION PLAN: It’s important that the company you partner with has people who are living the compensation plan now, not many years ago or “some day”. We wanted a compensation plan that was a great fit for part-time builders, who didn’t have to sell their souls to make their goals happen.
After speaking with Mr. Fallon and Mr. Licari Jarrod’s fire was sparked again and he immediately knew he’d found the perfect vehicle to carry his vision to build it for his last name. Jarrod & Porshea launched their TLC business on January 28, 2016 and what took them 3 years to produce previously, they accomplished in 48 days, setting a company record and cementing in their belief. Since then they’ve been laser focused on producing quality results, adding value and building a business with professionalism, substance and style. Their motto is: An inheritance is what you leave for someone, but a legacy is what you leave in them.
After many challenges, including bankruptcy, Jeff & Janella decided to give the Network Marketing industry one more chance.
It took three years for Jeff Simpson and his wife Janella to get back on their feet financially, but it was a simple YES to an opportunity with TLC that has led their marriage and their international business to greater heights. Jeff and Janella are familiar faces in the TLC family. Their story has inspired many people and they continue reaping the rewards of opening new markets.
“We started growing a huge organization really quickly. Then we paid off debt that we couldn’t pay off in years! Like our $20k debt to the IRS!,” explains Jeff Simpson. They took a leap of faith, like so many other couples in this industry and their income has since doubled. “It’s been very emotional for us, because now we’ve expanded our business in large volumes internationally, in countries like Martinique, Africa, Jamaica and France; and the success seems surreal,” adds Janella. One of the biggest highlights of Jeff & Janella’s endeavor in TLC is the success of their international expansion in foreign countries. To name a few: The French Island of Martinique, France, and the United Kingdom. Martinique, a place that reflects a distinctive blend of French and West Indian cultures, has a very unique, but yet successful story. The Simpsons called upon an old friend of over 10 years, a gentleman by the name of Jimmy Hepburn, who took the leadership role of this French island. The Simpsons sent Jimmy 500 packages of Iaso® Tea just to see what type of responses they would get from the people using the products.
There was really no intention on building an organization there at that time. But two weeks later, Mr. Hepburn insisted that they send another 500 bags of tea, because the first 500 went so fast and the customer testimonies were pouring in. Customers were touting incredible results of weight loss, increased energy, and freedom from chronic constipation. These testimonies and results from a natural product were unlike anything seen previously on the island.
Furthermore, the relationship between the Simpsons and Hepburn went from just retailing and distribution to massive team-building. Mr. Hepburn and the Simpsons used their combined MLM experience to build a solid organization in Martinique, now with over 3,000 distributors. The most inspiring element about this success story is that the Simpsons shipped all the products to all of these distributors themselves. Their basement became a TLC micro-warehouse of products. This is an example of pioneers opening an entire market. As they found a way to work around bumps and hurdles, they discovered a way to successfully get the products to the island and grow a successful organization; including the success of Mr. Hepburn, now a multiple six-figure earner and National Director with TLC.
Another successful international endeavor was the introduction of TLC’s products and business opportunity in France.
This organization is now breaking records as the team has quickly grown to over 5,000 distributors under the leadership of the Simpsons, Mr. Jimmy Hepburn and TLC’s National Director in France, Mr. Reda Cherrad. The initiative began when they all took a trip to the corporate office in Michigan. Conversations led to a comprehensive plan to ignite this new market; it is currently producing incredible sales numbers, while its growth in the number of new IBO’s continues to excel. The Simpsons have also expanded their international presence in the United Kingdom. They are working closely with National Director, Gwen Watson and Regional Director, Judith Buchanan to ensure continued growth; the excitement is more than contagious right now in the UK. Regional Directors, Neville and Paula Sinclair are the epitome of keeping it simple and building the business in the living rooms and dens of their community. Without even hosting a single hotel meeting, this organization has grown to about 2,000 distributors in 20 weeks, which is a testament to the hard work of these individuals.
“The success they are having lends itself to their genuine spirit and ability to communicate with people in smaller settings. My wife and I consider ourselves living room legends too. When we first launched our TLC business, we hosted 3-4 home parties every week. And as our team grew, we started weekly meetings at local hotel conference rooms, which led to joining our Upline sponsor, Ambassador Stormy Wellington to larger meetings in other US cities that we wanted to support as well. This is a very special time for Janella and I, as we reflect on our success and how it has impacted so many others, now on an international scale, it’s just surreal. And the greatest part is, we are just getting started. Janella and I are just hitting our stride right now.”
Their genuine excitement can be seen across social media and it’s attracting many new customers. In fact, most of their volume and productivity in France and the UK is from retail customers. “We started this business sharing before and after pics on social media and the responses really became viral. We didn’t launch our business with previous team members. Nobody from our past endeavors joined us. My wife and I are truly living proof that drive and determination will prevail in the end,” adds Jeff. The success and prosperity of the Simpson’s definitely reflects the culture and spirit shared throughout TLC, helping others reach their potential and duplicating success. “We are now in a position where we can change our lives and many others in the process,” concludes Jeff Simpson.
Joshua Bashford and Nicole Ringer are parents of four young children and live in North Port, Florida.
They started as customers, simply using the products to improve their health and reach their weight loss goals. Soon after they began getting results, they decided to join Total Life Changes as Independent Business Owners to help spread the word about all natural products that are changing lives across the globe. This is their first experience in network marketing and they have recently reached the rank of Executive Directors in Total Life Changes. Josh maintains a full-time corporate profession 40 miles from his home, while Nicole (who was formally a preschool teacher and babysitter) is now able to stay home with their youngest child who just turned one year old and operate yer Total Life Changes business to help change the lives of others. Her next goal is to retire Josh from his corporate profession so that they can focus together on their passion of helping others live a healthier lifestyle and duplicating success.
“We never thought that losing weight and becoming healthy for each other and our children would lead us into a company where we are not only able to be healthy for our children, but have financial freedom. I get emotional when I think about the very first conversation we ever had with each other and how we both dreamed about owning our own business, because in today’s world it seemed like it was the only way people (like us) were able to live with some type of financial freedom and support a family. It’s like the things we always dreamed and talked about were slowly coming into place and it honestly would not be possible if we didn’t say YES to this amazing company. We are big believers that everything happens for a reason and this opportunity came into our life at a perfect time. I can truly say that it feels amazing to be able to support our family financially with some cushion. I never thought we would be able to say this, but the struggles and stress of living pay check to pay check are finally over and we are almost completely debt free! The name Total Life changes is a complete fit for this company because it has been a Total Life Change since the very first day we started in more ways than one, and it just keeps getting better, says TLC Executive Director, Nicole Ringer”
Their passion and excitement for the products can be seen across social media and they attract many new customers everday. In fact, most of their productivity is from retailing and they have hit the weekly leaderboard of Top Retailers multiple times. “We started by simply sharing before and after pictures on social media and the responses we were receiving just kept flowing in. I’m pretty sure we get more excited than our customers when they receive their products, because we know that their life is about to completely change. Within days of getting new customers on these amazing products, we receive messages of excitement as they start to feel the instant gratification. Then, weeks later they are thanking us for sharing the life changing products with them and before you know it, we are sharing their health & weight loss story on social media and their story inspires another person to say yes and make the change. It’s like a ripple effect. This is the most rewarding thing we have ever been apart of and even though we don’t personally know many of our customers, we are with them every step of the way making sure that they have the support they need to reach their goals and live a happy and healthy life with the help of these high quality products,” adds Nicole Ringer.
Coming from a small town of El Salvador, Jose always knew he was meant to make a difference.
Although working in traditional businesses was paying the bills, there was always something missing. He was introduced to the world of Network Marketing from a client, and loving numbers as much as he did, he knew he could reach one of the sought after ranks in said company. He succeeded this goal within 120 days; where he learned the meaning of MLM or being a Networker and the expectations required of him to succeed.
Total Life Changes came into his life, during a time where he was seeking guidance for change. It all happened so fast for him, when his friend, mentor and business partner, Luis Ventura presented him the TLC opportunity, he knew this was what he was looking for. It all made sense. Understanding the compensation plan, the products and seeing the leadership it came with, allowed Jose to see beyond and to plan his move to help families not only around his community, but all over the world; and knew that with his passion and drive he will make it happen.
His emotions and vision are clear to him. He knows God is with him, and keeps reminding himself that, “Nothing would stop me. Success comes when people are winning and happy with their accomplishments.” He gives credit to God and all of the reading he has done in the last couple of years. Reading has become a daily habit to recharge his emotions, his drive and keep all of the negativity that can surround you at times. He understands that not only is the world changing, but traditions and generations as well. He believes that reading will allow us to stay on top of the changes that are coming our way.
TLC has provided a chance for self-expression and team development, but most importantly, mirroring what a corporate family is. You don’t see this very often, and having a company that allows you to be you and makes you feel like family is crucial to ones growth as a person but as a business owner. The key difference TLC offers is the diversity and the support between everyone. “We all have visions and dreams and we accomplish it all by supporting one another.”
Being recognized as a Global Director in the Business for Home Magazine, and being included in the TLC’s Momentum magazine has opened doors to him, and he plans to walk right in and make a difference to develop 50 National Directors and help 1,000 families become debt free.
Current V.P. of North American Sales, Kenny Lloyd has been on a crusade over the past 36 months.
He has been providing training, leadership accountability and increasing the number of new Independent Business Owners at an incredible rate. Kenny & Chante Lloyd, Gregg & Lenika Scott, the late Erwin Portis and his widowed wife, Twiler Portis spearheaded TLC Team USA in December 2013. Former top earners in the Industry with a proven track record, they have made their mark in the United States once again.
Kenny’s efforts toward duplicating strong leaders and holding them accountable has led to a kindred spirit amongst IBOs across the United States. IBO’s are reaching ranks in the company’s binary compensation plan at incredible rates. TLC’s yearly revenue continues to soar, reaching a documented $78 million in 2015, placing TLC on the Global 100 list of top direct selling companies in the world.
“Documentation beats conversation. This business is predictable. This business is mathematical. You need to sort through the numbers and find those people that are trainable. Then simply train them to duplicate your success. Start by getting your first team member binary qualified. Then assist them in getting their first two team members binary qualified.” Kenny Lloyd, February 7, 2015 – Bogota, Colombia, UNO International Conference.
South Africa’s Khanya Z. Cakata built a 13,000-distributor strong organization in less than 12 months.
In 2015, Khanya’s little brother asked him for the equivalent of $30 USD to sign up for a soccer academy. He had to tell him no. The 2008 global recession had a massive impact on his parents’ traditional businesses (an accounting consultancy and a small private school), and their assets, cars and even the family home were liquidated to pay their debts. Just two years later the consultancy and school had both shuttered.
Following his hardworking parents’ example, Khanya had studied architecture at the best school in South Africa, and even got a job right out of college. Yet he didn’t have $30 to lend his brother. “How am I going to get our family out of debt?” he remembers wondering. “How am I going to be able to design and build the home that my parents deserve?”
In early October 2016, old friend and recent TLC Global Director Matthew Harris reached out to Khanya on social media about becoming one of the first TLC IBOs in South Africa. Khanya rode the company’s explosive expansion, and his own burgeoning network spread from family to friends to complete strangers: 13,000 of them within just one year.
Today his organization boasts standout performers like Nthati Makgalemela ($200k earner), Brenda Tollie, also known as Pinky Matsie ($100k ring earner) and Busisiwe Mashele ($50k earner). The organization has over 200 Directors, 30 Executive Directors, four Regionals and four Nationals, leading a South Africa-wide transformation. Khanya soon quit his job as an architect to focus on TLC, and he now hopes to build an organization of over 250 000 people by 2020. “My mission is to go out to people in Africa and show them that it is possible to live life incredibly,” he says.
Can you imagine showing up to work every single day for twenty years and never earning a real paycheck? Well that’s been the story of self-employed networker Pam McCray.
For the past 20 years, she has joined business after business, gone to meeting after meeting, attended conference after conference and wore the badge of honor for every company she’s been connected to, but never found any consistent success. “I have to admit, I’ve had a difficult time earning income and getting any acknowledgement of being a leader in the MLM industry. But I always had this belief that I would eventually win. I was one of those network-marketing babies who grew up with parents who believed in the industry from a young age.”
Nearly two years ago, the vision that Pam has held in her heart for the past twenty years was finally manifested when she said one simple word, YES! She nearly missed this opportunity while overlooking the simplicity of the product. McCray was approached by her friend and mentor, Ambassador for Total Life Changes, Stormy Wellington. She introduced Pam to TLC’s hero product, Iaso® Tea.
Pam McCray is a stay-at-home mother of four and wife of Nate McCray. Her family is thankful for the freedom that network marketing has provided. The McCray’s are now enjoying more financial freedom under the sunny skies of South Florida. Her husband Nate has recentely joined forces with his wife and now the two of them work side-by-side building their business and their dreams.
Nathalie Nicole Smith is a driving force in the Beauty and Wellness Industry.
In 2010, she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Business from Howard University. Following graduation, Nathalie pursued her dreams of owning her own business. She opened a “brick and mortar” store and soon found herself overworked and undercompensated. She accumulated over $150k in student loans and she thought becoming an entrepreneur would give her freedom. The student loan debt, a traditional business, and other debts kept piling up for Nathalie.
Joining TLC gave Nathalie the freedom she dreamed of. She was determined to make Total Life Changes work for her. “I sponsored over 150 people in my first year and have an organization of over 7,000 people around the world. I have earned over six figures in commissions on a part-time basis in Total Life Changes,” states Smith.
One simple commitment to others’ health and financial freedom, coupled with hard work and integrity, has propelled Nathalie as a very successful entrepreneur. She is a visionary. She motivates her business partners to see themselves as successful, even when they don’t feel it, just as she once did. Because of the success that she’s had with Total Life Changes, Nathalie is investing back into her own company and her dreams. She simply trusted the process.
Nathalie is currently the youngest National Director in Total Life Changes.
She was awarded with TLC’s Top Enroller award at their 2017 Unified event in Queens, New York. She is willing to work with anyone, but she has a special place in her heart to empower and motivate women to be financially and physically free. She is persistent in her search to help the next young leader up the ladder. With her spunk and fight to win, this story is just beginning for this young entrepreneur.
Nthati Makgalemela is a young architecture graduate (2016).
She was feeling very depressed about her financial situation. She had just completed her master’s degree and needed help with all the student loans, credit card and overdraft debt she accumulated.
“I joined TLC on the fourth of November 2016, because I really needed a change in my life. I had been in a previous multi-level marketing company for 10 days and only made $50. I left because the methodology was too complex and there was no real training. Fortunately, the experience didn’t sour me on the network marketing concept as a whole, and I was ready when my friend and fellow architect, Khanya Cakata reached out to me about Total Life Changes. He received a call from Matthew Harris (Global Director), who was looking to launch TLC in South Africa. I was looking for change too, and I dove in without a second thought. I was one of the first 10 people in South Africa to say “YES”.
Getting in on the ground floor of a promising business opens up great opportunities, but also great tests. “There was a lot of excitement in launching an entire country, however the first 48 hours were hard work. I reached the level of National Marketing Director in the first 4 months and was the first National Director on the African continent. This was when my life began to completely change. TLC has saved me and so many others around me.”
Pinkie Brenda Matsie joined Total Life Changes in November 2016.
After having realized that she needed a financial change. She and her husband had recently bought a house which was going to take them 20 years plus to pay off, and also having accumulated credit card and overdraft debt; a change was needed. A friend introduced her to TLC, and with a bit of research she joined the business and it has truly changed her life.
“I am now in better financial position where most debt is paid off. I am passionate about empowering and helping others, and this business has made it possible for me to help others by teaching them how to generate income with the great TLC compensation plan and products. I am also able to now assist those who are in need because of the income I am making with TLC. Total Life Changes is the best thing that has happened to us and we are very grateful.”
Shandrea Pittman is a young National Director with Total Life Changes.
As the eldest daughter of soul food restaurateurs and Global Directors with Total Life Changes, Miguel and Sandra Pittman from New Haven, Connecticut. Shandrea grew up in a home as the oldest of four children with strong family values, learning the principles of hard work and entrepreneurship. Shandrea followed the course of many American adolescents, finishing high school and entering college, where she earned a bachelor’s degree; ready to begin a career in the field of psychology. She later earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling. She was perusing a career in her field where she spent much hard work and invested a lot of time and money.
Shandrea was enjoying a young women’s lifestyle of shopping, traveling and attending to her young career. Soon, she realized the impact of debt and began working multiple jobs to help pay for student loans. At one point recently, she was juggling three jobs to support herself. Shandrea supported her mom’s efforts with her TLC business in the beginning and her mother encouraged her to consider doing the business part time. “My mom told me that even as an amateur marketer, I could easily earn between $250-$1000 a week. I didn’t fully believe I could do it.”
Shandrea was still not ready to commit to becoming a IBO. She was enjoying the products and their results, but was still hesitant to add a fourth job to her already busy lifestyle. However, Shandrea did join Total Life Changes in January 2015. She wanted to lose weight and took advantage of purchasing the products at a lower cost as an IBO. She was certain that she would just use the products to assist her goals for weight loss. But shortly after using a combination TLC products and losing over thirty pounds, she decided to use her personal testimony to launch her own TLC business. “My mom introduced me to current TLC Executive Ambassador, Stormy Wellington and shortly after spending some time with her, she confirmed what my mom had already told me. She said to stick with my mom and duplicate everything that she does,” recalls Shandrea. Stormy Wellington talked about her mission and vision to help 1,000 families to earn 6 figures. Shandrea stated “I want to be one of those families.” She immediately started to retail the products and work the business.
“When I joined Total Life Changes in January of 2015, all I wanted to do was lose weight. I didn’t even want to work the business. But, I tried the products and my life began to change. I fell in love with TLC. Each person I introduced the products to had RESULTS and that’s when the magic happened, because I knew I had my hands on something special. I lost over 30 pounds, which ended up creating a way for me to start my own business, because I created my own testimony,” says Shandrea Pittman.
When asked how she feels about changing the direction of her career from the field of clinical counseling to full-time network marketer, she proudly stated, “I’m not looking back to be honest. I made the best decision to pursue TLC full-time. I will always feel blessed and proud of my accomplishments in school and in my earlier career. But I don’t feel that there is any void. I did what Stormy told me to do and through time I started to earn $1000 a week in this business that I believe in, adds Shandrea.
That success has led to earning great income in her first four months.
She decided to walk away from her career in clinical counseling and made $50K part-time in one year with TLC. Now she can show others how she turned her weight-loss goals into a 6-figure income in 17 months. “Because I said ‘yes’ to just losing 5 pounds in 5 days initially, in the very beginning, it created an abundance of blessings one after another. I had to realize I had nothing to lose and only the possibility to gain. I had enough courage and confidence in seeing the beginning not knowing what the end results would be. But just making a conscious decision to want a better quality of life. Sometimes you must say, ‘yes’ and believe when you don’t know what the outcome will be. I borrowed the belief of my mom that this opportunity would free me from working paycheck-to-paycheck. Because of our amazing products, I am living out my dreams and helping others to do the same,” explains Shandrea Pittman. This company has changed Shandrea’s entire perspective on my health and wealth. She feels absolutely amazing and she’s finally able pay off student loan debt and support herself without working multiple jobs.
Steve and Amanda Spear reside in the southwest suburbs of Chicago and are the parents of a 4 year old girl.
I was introduced to Total Life Changes by my mom. After seeing her amazing results I was still very skeptical but decided to give it a try for myself. The main reasons I tried the products were the all natural ingredients, the instant gratification and knowing that the company had a 30 day money back guarantee. I really had nothing to lose. I ordered the products looking to just get myself healthier. I never planned to be a Distributor. After being on the products and seeing the instant results I decided to join TLC as an IBO. I still wasn’t planning to promote the business side of the products.
After seeing how these products worked I knew I had to share them with other people. I was reluctant as I had never been a part of Network Marketing before. I knew there had to be other people like me looking for products that could create a Total Life Change. I started sharing testimonies including my own through social media and it has been a blessing to be a part of changing so many peoples lives.
I left a good paying full time job when our daughter was born. I had been a full time stay at home mom for 2 years when I joined TLC. Things were very hard financially for our family with me being a stay at home living on my husband’s income alone. He would pick up side jobs in the evenings on the weekends and holidays just to try to bring in a little extra income to help our family. I was cleaning houses every week just to help pay for our groceries for the week.
After becoming an Independent Business Owner, my husband Steve was very skeptical and told me there was no way we could make that kind of money. We began to notice our financial status was improving week by week. After seeing these results, Steve jumped in along side of me and we now work together as a team. We no longer had to borrow money from family to pay unexpected bills and Steve no longer needed to work extra side jobs. We have been able to travel more including nice family vacations. For the first time we had a Debt Free Christmas in 2017 all while having extra money to save. I never dreamed it would be possible to make more money working from home than when I worked my full time job. It has given me the freedom to enjoy spending time with my daughter while changing lives.
We work with each of our customers one on one to give them the tools they need to achieve the best results. It is so rewarding to hear the testimonies of new people and how these products are changing their lives each and every day. Because many of our customers have seen the results from these products they have decided to join us and be a apart of this Total Life Change. Being a part of someones life changing journey is life changing for us. Total Life Changes really does live up to its name. It is a Total Life Change.

Twiler and the late Erwin Portis were about the No. 1 factor that blocks the flow of financial increase.
Based on their experience, the one thing that keeps most people from experiencing financial increase is their personal habits and philosophy, they answered.
Here are their top seven tips for setting a foundation for financial increase:
Eliminate Excuses – Don’t allow excuses to get in the way. Excuses are distractions to your destiny. You must be able to recognize and detect them early.
Exceed Expectations – Always do more than what is required or expected of you. The old adage is still true to always go the extra mile.
Adjust Attitudes – Develop a good positive attitude about yourself and toward others. Your attitude will set the tone for any level of success.
Set Goals – Write down daily goals and review them often. This is your GPS system. Getting into the habit of documenting your goals dramatically increases the chance of you accomplishing them. This is so vital.
Monitor Performance – Evaluate your progress each day. Always know where you are and where you need to make adjustments and course corrections.
Give Back – Perform at least one good deed daily. Anything you pay forward will benefit you in more ways than you can imagine.
Get Better – Work harder on yourself than anything else! Jim Rohn said that in order for things to get better, you must get better. Personal development is a must for financial increase. You will attract what you become!
Take fast action and develop the habit of doing things NOW because the miracle is in the action. At the end of the day, profitable entrepreneurs know that results are the name of the game.
Denise and William Lee are parents of two children and live in a suburb of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
They have recently reached Ambassador rank in Total Life Changes. Each of them has worked extremely hard to develop their careers and raise their children to be outstanding citizens with a strong work ethic.
Their 24-year-old son William is an entrepreneur and has already made the rank of executive director with Total Life Changes. He currently lives in Los Angeles. Their daughter Lauren is also doing very well as an 18 year-old signed model that stays quite busy traveling back and forth to New York City with her father William Lee. Denise has officially retired as a registered nurse and her next goal is to get her husband William to retire as well.
William and Denise Lee began promoting a schedule of opportunity calls every evening. Each day the number of attendees grew larger and they became more comfortable delivering the message of helping others earn extra income. They did not promise hundreds of thousands of dollars, or fancy cars and dream homes. Instead, they discussed how even an extra $500-$1,000 a month could really impact a family of four of five. The extra income helps to dissolve debt, it provides just a little bit extra to assist in paying for special activities and becomes the beginning of building residual income. William and Denise started to experience plenty of growth as a result of these opportunity calls, so they decided to begin hosting weekend events in their hometown near Philadelphia.
