including COVID-19. Such claims violate federal and state laws and put you and the company at serious risk.
This means that you must NOT:· State or imply that TLC products help prevent you from getting COVID-19;
· State or imply that TLC products lessen the symptoms or help you recover from COVID-19;
· State or imply that TLC products help fight viruses or kill pathogens;
· State or imply that TLC products can help restore your sense of taste or smell;
· Use hashtags or other words or images related to the pandemic, including but not limited to #COVID,
#coronavirus, #corona, #pandemic, etc.
These rules apply to all messages, claims, and social media posts that you make to promote TLC products –
whether made in private groups or publicly, or on video or in private one-on-one conversations. We also
would like to remind you of your obligations under the updated TLC Advertising Policy, which covers more
broadly Product Claims, Weight Loss Claims and Income Claims. Please take a moment now to review and
