“Grateful is our mindset.”

Today was a great day filled with joy and gratitude! I had the honor and pleasure of sharing three amazing stories this week with Ms. Rosa Gonzalez on The 15 Day Challenge show. It was our twelfth week sharing three stories, leaving us with a total of 36 stories that have impacted so many people, including me!

The stories have been so impactful, and each is unique enough to resonate with someone who is looking to transform, not just in terms weight loss but in so many other ways. We have shared so many examples of how The 15 Day Challenge has helped people. It has been so inspiring and has even triggered me to start a new challenge this week!

In case you don’t know how we got here, let me explain. Thousands of people have been entering The 15 Day 25K Contest since July 11. Everyone who submits their results has a chance to win up to $1,000 and become a semifinalist. One semifinalist also wins a grand prize of $25,000!

Each week, our selection committee goes through hundreds, sometimes thousands, of weekly submissions. After the top three submissions are chosen, these Weekly Winners are given an initial interview. I am grateful for Miss Lily Dickinson and Miss Gabby Aguilar, who have done extra work so passionately in this area. A few days later, Rosa, Evan, and I have another interview with them to try to learn as much as we can about their stories and transformations.

Finally, after all of this work, we are ready to share their stories live on the air. I am grateful to our broadcast team, led by Adriana Mendoza and Sebastian Perez, for helping us do this every week. As the three winners share their stories, we ask people to vote for their favorite transformation. Regardless of who gets the most votes, all three move on to the next round for a shot at the $25,000 grand prize.

Each week, the new semifinalists are entered into a private coaching group with Evan Brengman. We call him Coach Evan now. He helps our semifinalists stay on track, and we are very grateful for him. He has helped them keep their spirits high, shared exercise and diet tips with them, and helped them stay accountable. He has done a great job, and our semifinalists have all been very grateful.

Now that we have chosen all 36 semifinalists, it is time for us to use the next few weeks to determine our Top 3 grand prize finalists. We will use this week to figure out who the Top 10 are, and we will announce them on Monday, October 24. Then, we will allow the world to vote for their favorite for four days and announce our final three contestants on Friday, October 28.

I would be very grateful if you would visit startmy15.com during that week to help us vote for the winners!

After our top three are chosen, we will head to Orlando, Florida, on November 12. We will share all three transformation stories one more time and present a check to the winner!

I am so grateful to be a part of this process. It makes me smile knowing that many have decided to make a change because of this contest and this challenge. I also want to thank our legal department, UX/IT department, marketing department, and social media team for working behind the scenes to make everything work. We are very grateful for you all. Thank you very much.

I also want to show gratitude and thank our founder Jack Fallon, who continues to give us the flexibility to come up with initiatives like this one. Although it is sad to see the contest come to an end, I am grateful that on November 1, we will start a new one! All of this greatness will happen again, and we will continue helping people change their lives!
