- Glass dish
- 6oz nonfat plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of Honey
- ½ cup Fresh Berries
- 1 tablespoon of Walnuts
- Place Greek yogurt in a glass dish (of your choice).
- Add in your choice of berries, nuts, and honey.
- Optional: Add a little granola for an extra-crunch!
