Enjoy this delicious and healthy treat: a berry, nut, and yogurt blend designed to satisfy your craving for a snack!

Materials

  • Glass dish

Ingredients 

  • 6oz nonfat plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of Honey
  • ½ cup Fresh Berries
  • 1 tablespoon of Walnuts

Instructions

  • Place Greek yogurt in a glass dish (of your choice).
  • Add in your choice of berries, nuts, and honey.
  • Optional: Add a little granola for an extra-crunch!
  • Enjoy!
