Fall might be a bit different this year, but we can have fun regardless! Here are some autumn wellness tips and things to do with family and friends in the fall while staying safe and healthy.

1. Enjoy the Weather

Get outside and get moving! Taking a walk through the park and enjoying the fall colors is a great way to get some sunshine and get your heart rate up.

2. Cook at Home

Cooking a meal or baking fall treats at home is a great way to get your family and friends together and make memories. Try out a new recipe, make some tasty warm drinks, like warm apple cider or Iaso® tea, or even enjoy a nice crisp apple!

3. Make Some Crafts

Crafts are a great way to spend time with your children and let the creativity flow. Make your own fall candles, create some fun fall leaves, whip up a festive leaf garland, whatever comes to your mind!

4. Connect with Loved Ones

You probably connect weekly or even monthly with relatives, but even daily phone calls to a family member makes a difference! Using platforms like Zoom, Skype, or Google Hangouts can be useful for video calls. Even going old fashioned and sending a letter is ideal, because they can save it and can remind them of you visually too!
