Pizza Omelette | Resolution Meal Plan Approved

Stay on track with your Resolution Meal Plan and eat a nutritious breakfast with this pizza omelet. Approximately 375 calories


2 eggs

Sliced peppers

Sliced mushrooms


Flaxseed milk

Onion and garlic powder and pepper, to taste

1/2 Avocado

Lemon Juice

1 tbsp. olive oil

  1. Sautee onions, peppers and mushrooms in olive oil.
  2. Wisk eggs with flax seed milk, season with onion and garlic powder and pepper, then add to veggie mixture.
  3. Gently push cooked portions towards the center.  When the surface no longer has uncooked eggs, fold it in half.
  4. Serve with mashed avocado drizzled with lemon juice.
