Ingredients
- 1/4 cup diced sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup left-over cooked chicken, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large egg
Directions
In a bowl, microwave sweet potatoes with 1 tbsp water 2 - 5 mins.
Add chicken, paprika, salt + pepper to taste. Microwave 1 min. Crack egg on top.
Add a few drops of water to egg and microwave about 45 secs.
