However, results are more than just a change in the numbers on a screen. Numbers can't show the positive change in mindset, confidence, and motivation that was built along the way. Our winners are an example of exceptional positive change in not only body, but mind and spirit.

For Jayla, this wasn’t just a 30-day challenge; it was the beginning of a new lifestyle. That lifestyle included drinking more water, making healthier food choices, working out 5 days a week, and staying consistent with her TLC products! Jayla also made the decision to “stop chasing perfection and focus on showing up every day,” and for her, that change made the biggest difference.
