A Weekend of Passion, Purpose, and Transformation in Bucaramanga

Under the warm Colombian sun, the Total Life Changes family gathered on October 25 and 26 for a weekend that redefined connection, culture, and commitment. TLC 2.0 wasn’t just an event — it was a movement. Hosted at the Santander Theatre in Bucaramanga, Colombia, this unforgettable experience united hundreds of Life Changers and guests from across Latin America to celebrate the next evolution of TLC: one company, one vision, one heartbeat.

From the moment attendees arrived, the atmosphere was electric. Friday’s Fun Friday lived up to its name, filled with laughter, music, and the kind of joy that only the TLC community can create. “We almost got kicked out of the hotel because of the incredible racket we made — out of pure joy, of course!” laughed Isabel Suárez, TLC Colombia’s event supervisor. “There was laughter, gifts, good vibes, and powerful messages that lifted everyone’s spirits.”



Saturday night’s Meet and Greet Gala transformed into a true Latin celebration. Dressed in their best, Life Changers and guests mingled, danced, and shared stories of transformation. It was a night of connection and gratitude — a chance for the TLC family to celebrate their shared mission of helping people feel better and live better.

Behind the scenes, Lucy Sandoval, TLC’s Director of Latin America Operations, and her incredible Colombia team worked tirelessly to make it all possible. In less than five weeks, they planned and executed a full-scale corporate event — a testament to TLC’s “Get it done” spirit. “The revitalizing energy of TLC 2.0 propelled us to achieve the unthinkable,” Isabel reflected. “Lucy was an unwavering supporter, entrusting me with decision-making, which filled me with motivation. Organizing events is something I truly enjoy and have experience in.”

Sunday’s session brought the heart of TLC to life. Chief Visionary Officer Jack Fallon and Chief Operations Officer John Licari took the stage to share the purpose and power behind TLC 2.0 — built on seven timeless core values that define who we are and what we stand for.

Their words moved the audience to laughter, reflection, and even tears. Jack shared never-before-told stories of TLC’s humble beginnings, while John reminded everyone why passion, belief, and perseverance still drive the company’s success more than two decades later.

“Watching their speeches was deeply inspiring,” said Isabel. “My goodness, what extraordinary leaders! They moved us, made us laugh, reflect, and feel proud to be part of this family.”

Eduard Jesús Sánchez Ariza, acting Mayor of Bucaramanga presented Jack Fallon and John Licari with a certificate to grant the decoration ORDER OF MERITORIOUS CITIZEN to Total Life Changes, in recognition of its outstanding business career through which it has built a legacy of perseverance, innovation, and service, contributing to the economic and social development of Bucaramanga; and to present this Decree in a formal act of recognition, together with the accompanying medal, on October 26, 2025.



The event also honored those who embody TLC’s mission in extraordinary ways. Life Changers who reached new ranks and lifetime earnings milestones were celebrated on stage, while others proudly received their custom TLC lifetime earnings rings — a shining symbol of perseverance and heart. Each round of applause was a reminder that every story, every sale, and every shared transformation contributes to something much bigger than one person — it’s about a global community creating change together.

When asked what made this convention different, Isabel didn’t hesitate: “Without a doubt, it was the Latin flavor. That passion, warmth, and joy that only we know how to convey. It was an event full of soul, rhythm, and heart.”

That soul, rhythm, and heart defined every moment of TLC 2.0 One Vision. From the powerful speeches to the spontaneous dance breaks, every Life Changer left Bucaramanga with renewed belief — not just in the products or the company, but in themselves.
