TLC began with Jack’s passionate dream to change as many lives as possible. Since founding the company in 1999, he has supplied the visionary leadership that drives our innovation and global growth.

In addition to managing the day-to-day operations that drive TLC’s progress, John devotes his efforts to expanding the company and nurturing strong relationships with Life Changers.

Chief Communications Officer
As the head of our marketing department, Scott facilitates communication with the TLC community, drives engagement through impactful initiatives, and develops strategies to expand our reach.

Having begun her journey as TLC’s first bilingual employee, Rosa now channels her fiery spirit into supporting Life Changers and strengthening connections with the Hispanic community.

Director of Customer and User Experience
Natalie leads our UX team to enhance customer experience, ensuring that our website, back office, and other online platforms are user-friendly and intuitive.

Director of Latin American Operations
Lucy serves as the key communicator between TLCHQ and our Latin American offices, coordinating efforts to ensure that TLC’s products and vision reach one of our largest global markets.
